Hey board.
On my XP session, learning IR codes from the TSU9600 takes ages.
Let me time it now.
From the time I press "Fast Learn", I have to wait for more than 30 seconds to the remote to be detected and go to communication mode. 30 seconds later I can teach it the code. And 40 seconds later it's ready to learn the next key...
I'm suspecting a USB problem, but I don't know where to start.
I'm rebooting under vista now and giving it another try, but since all my dev files and pics are on an XP offline folder, it's really not convenient.
Would love to report the problem to the pronto team, anybody got a contact address ?

where's the database stored anyway ?
The idea would be to use the same database between Vista and XP.
Because I tried it : learning from Vista works.

prontoteam at philips dot com. be sure to let them know exactly what firmware and editor versions you are using. Also let them know the type of equipment you are trying to learn codes for - Include Make and Model # as well as remote model if applicable.
