Is there a way to send the command once only ? the attributes are 1 to 100

Should be a way. Try setting the repeat to exactly 1 and then after the RS232 Action in the Action list, add a Delay Action of 0.1s.

Or you could put your RS232 codes in a hidden page and create a macro in your viewable page linking to the specific RS232 button followed by a 1 or 2 second delay so it would not repeat itself.
