Hi,
one of my customers just called in, saying that the TSU9600 was not showing all the tracks he could access via the GUI on the TV screen. Does anyone know of this problem?

What view are they using? Song view? If this is the case, then the answer is likely yes. The TSU9600 is limited to 9999 songs. I have 17000+ songs on my unit and never use this view for 2 reasons:
1. It takes forever to load up all the songs and the limit is capped @ 9999.
2. Once you do load em up, it takes forever to do a page jump into the device.
There are a number of posts in this forum specifically discussing Escient that it may be worth your while to read if you are going to be supporting these units.
