Hi, I have been trying to get the Registration code for the Pronto website but I can not seem to find this and have tried a few avenues to get it and come to a dead end. I know that there are some users who have access to this so I am hoping someone can help me out.

I have a tsu-9300 and just want to make sure that it has the latest firmware and software for it.

Thx

As far as I know there shouldn't be any firmware/software available on the Philips site that's not also available here in the files section.

Friends, I have a Philips Pronto TSU9200 and it was with firmware 2.0.26.0 and found here at RC newer versions 2.0.28.0 and 2.0.30.0 towards the end of the process of updating the control issues a sentence error: "No valid configuration file found. Please download a valid configuration file. "Please help me because I do not know if the file is corrupted or am I doing something wrong. I thank you.

As I don't have a 9200, I cannot answer your question. However...

You posted on a thread about registration codes. Your problem is completely different. May I suggest you start a 2nd thread?

Ok, I reported half the problem. I do not have a registration code can not I register on the page ready, and I'm finding it very difficult to find the correct firmware for my control, I believe that this is my main problem. Thank you if somehow you could help me get this access. Thank you.

Philips site is basically dead from the standpoint that you cannot register new accounts.

Here is what is available on RC.

You may want to try this process...

It is likely that you will need to have a copy of your existing configuration file (one you used with older firmware). Next, update to the latest configuration tool software on your computer (software and firmware are usually matching set). Next, upgrade firmware on the 9200. Finally, use the new configuration tool to download an "upgraded" copy of your configuration. Note that when using new tool, be sure to save new configuration as different file name so as to not overwrite your old file.
