Greetings everyone,

I have encountered my first problem on my 9600. While in the process of editing, I saved my file, downloaded the latest version to the Pronto, tested, left the editor proper and shut down my machine. When I booted up the next morning to continue, I attempted to open the file and was greeted with a message that the file was not of the proper type and refused to open it. On inspection of the file in the folder, it reports a "0" kb in the file as if nothing is in the file. Further attempts bore no additional information so I went to the backup file. The backup was made about a day earlier and does indicate a file size. However, upon trying to recover the db, when selected, I guide the software to the backup location and wait for the db to be recovered and get nothing. No indication of activity or additional prompts....nada.

Anyone run into this problem and/or have a solution? Any help would be appreciated. I've checked the system completely for bugs, viruses, checked disk integrity, etc. and no issues on those levels. The latest version is on the Pronto right now and I would really, really like to recover it if possible.

Thanks for any possible suggestions/solutions.
