Any help here is very much apreciated!

It's the second time that my TSU 9400 gets blank, seems like it reset by itself.

The problem is that when I try to upload it's content back again i get the following message:

"The Pronto is currently in the setting mode. Please press exit on the Pronto and retry."

I can't see any exit button to press.

Firmware is version 7.4.22.

Press the rightmost button under the screen, or the hard button to the left of the wheel known as 'Return' or 'Exit' (not the one with the house icon). If this still fails, do a full firmware reload. Search this forum for full firmware reload and you should find the key sequence to do this.
