I upgraded to the newest firmware for the 9600 and the RFX9400 and now the volume, page up, page down and channel up and down repeats multiple times with a single press. For instance, the volume will go up 10 steps instead of one, the page up will skip 3 pages instead of one etc. The previous version worked perfectly. I tried changing the duration from default to .01 to no avail. Any help would be appreciated, as the remote is not functionable.

I've had this happen a couple of times but a reboot of both usually fixes it. Have you rebooted both the extender and the 9600?
