I was looking for a module in Prontoscript using a fixed Ip adress instead the released ProntoScript module released by Philips using the Rs232 interface. Have somebody develop it? Have also somebody develop an alternative module in ProntoScript to interface with Escient Dvd server using a fixed Ip or Rs232 interface? The one in the update package of the Tsu9600 is not editable, so you cannot make changes. Thanks Riccardo

Riccardo,
No one has developed a DVD interface for Escient to my knowledge.
I understand your frustration but you will have to live with the one you have until Philips supports dynamic image downloading. You do have an alternative. You can download the protocol document from Escient and code up a TCP/IP script to do everything currently there EXCEPT downloading and displaying the jacket picture of the movie.
