How much available memory is in the PRO for ones configuration including scripts, and how does one tell how much is in use by a loaded configuration? Thanks

64MB Memory

Go to the Info screen in the settings menu and in the bottom left it will say "Free Memory" This will tell you how much percentage-wise you have free.
May the pronto be with you

I'm sorry but I may just be having a bad day

Settings Menu - Where in Pronto PRO? I don't see one. in PEP?

Are you talking about the System activity?

Are you referring to the actual TSU9600, I don't have a settings screen there either other then mine.

I was told by a friend at Pronto that threre is only 8 MB of memory to hold pronto Scripts, but Garbage collection does run.

Press the settings button on your 9600 for a few seconds. It should be at the top centre and looks like two crossed spanners.

No I missed that one Lowpro - I am used to the forum option to have an email message when a thread I am interested in has a reply. I wish this place had that or did I miss that too?

By the way how are you making out with the slimserver client?

I've picked up a couple of issues mostly to do with the pronto going to sleep. I believe I have recovery completely worked out so that when it wakes up I check and restore state. SlimServer keeps a session iof Unsolicited messages are being used and will close the peer connection if a client does not respond.

I have been using the Pronto to listen to music and operate my Theater. so Far so good, and I have started on the homeseer stuff today.

I'd like the ability to subscribe to threads also Barry. In a recent site survey I made just this suggestion. As for the SlimServer client, testing has been going well though I have built up quite a list of things you may choose to address. Expect an email from me regarding this at some point today.

Hehee Peter. For those who do not know, spanners = wrenches. Not picking on you Peter. Just enjoying the vast differences in international phrases.

Hey Peter, no he did not. Dave's either a Left-Wing or Right-Wing fellow but he's definitely not a Centre kind-a-guy.

Dave, I just could not resist.
