I am trying to implement discrete ON and Off with my Dune Media streamer.

HDI, the Dune manufacturer supply the following.......Hex codes

* DISCRETE-POWER-ON: 00 BF 5F A0
* DISCRETE-POWER-OFF: 00 BF 5E A1

However I am not sure how to go about attaching them....I have tried different methods, but have so far been unsuccessful.

Any guidance would be appriciated

Roy

What they have given you are the device codes and keycodes for the functions. If you go to my web site and download a program called the General purpose IR generator (IRGEN) I think it will solve your problem. If for some reason the codes it produces do not work contact me off line via email.

I've created a library to control VU+/DREMBOX 8000 and all Enigma2 receiver via HTTP command instead of using IR code.

If someone is interested, just ask.
