I can not downlad to my pronto I keep getting this message. Communication with the connected pronto timed out Please Retry. Error C11 Timeout. This is the message i get when i try to downlad ito my pronto. Tried about 15 times. Then when i close proto etit and start it back up i get this message Pronto has recovered a configuration file to you want to load it now? In order to get my pronto working again after this i have to shut it off a restart it.
When I try to download it goes through all the steps until the last one which is Refreshing the date on the target. That’s when it hags up and I get the error notice.

Thanks Dennis

I got the same message with mine... after some frustration and repetitive hair pulling, the solution was easy. Turn your remote off (with the manual button), wait 10 seconds, turn your remote back on and wait for it to initialize. Put it back on the base stand, and it should work.
