Hello,
I rang a dealer today asking about the TSU-9400. He told me a new model will be coming out any time from Nov 2010 to Feb 2011.
Is this the in wall 9500 he is probably referring to, or is a whole new line of remotes planned for imminent release?

He must be referring to the 9500, and misinterpreted it as a replacement for 9400, which its not.
TSU9400 is alive and healthy and have no plans of retirement.

Maybe you should find a more knowledgeable dealer or point him/her to this site and have them "bone-up". ;-)
