I keep getting this error message:

There is a problem with the configuration data.
No Valid configuration can be generated.

I already tried to fix it with the configFix. No result.

PLEASE help me to solve this problem.

thx
Marcin

Hello Aslan!

I'm using a normal Lenovo laptop Pentium Dual Core with Windows Vista.
I also tried the firmware update, but still I get the error.
I installed the configurator again, still the same.

The weird thing is that I started to make the configuration again at home, without connecting the remote from the client.
I came back to the client to download the file to the remote and it worked, I was thrilled, but still I needed to change some codes and macros for the hardbuttons, as it normal that the client expects some changes. Then I wanted to download the changes and again I got the same error!

Philips support doesn't respond and no one could help me yet.
The thing is also that I program daily other TSU 9400 and 9300s and with those I don't have any problems.

Thanks for any help!

MAYBE, but why was it possible when I restarted the whole configuration from scrap without the remote connected to the PC?
