Hi

My extender has just stopped working. It is connected to my network however when I press a button on the panel I am not seeing the busy light come on on the extender.

Can anyone suggest any troubleshooting ideas.

Thanks

Check that the pronto access the network, check router status/restart router to begin with.

And the extender is a computer. When a computer does not work right, the first thing I do is to reboot it. Power cycle the extender as well.

Are you running newest firmware on the extender or is it an older release?

I've also found that turning the power off/on of the extender can sometimes "cure" any issues.... SJ
