I just got a TSU9200. I downloaded Pronto Configurator and installed it on a Windows 7 64-bit computer. When I run it, I get the first screen where I fill out the customer name. When I click next, it successfully saves a file (40kb) but does not advance to the second step. It doesn't give an error.

I have tried saving the file in different locations. It always saves successfully, but doesn't advance.

I have tried running the Pronto Configurator in Windows XP SP2 compatibility mode. Nothing was different.

I have tried running as an administrator. Nothing was different.

I have tried running the program by launching one of the saved files. The program starts, but the customer name file is blank rather than being the one in the saved file.

Any ideas?

TSU9200 will not run on a Win 7 64 bit , it may run in the virtual PC under win 7.

Ok i have a win 7 64bit, ran virtual PC , installed the TSU9200 software from the Philips web site not the CD that came with the 9200, and i works ok for me.

You have to remember to select the USB port from the drop down box at the top of the screen.
