Hi All,
first time posting here, hope i am in correct area,
Question: Is it possible to upload from the Pronto 9400 to a pc, I have a customer with this control panel + RF extender 9400, I beleive another company programmed the remote and he has no access to the config file,
a new component needs adding to it and one removing,
Is there a way of acheiving this without having to start from new
