I am guessing the answer is yes, sadly.

I have just upgraded the firmware and ProntoEdit to version 2.4 and I see the demo file that comes with the software has some nice transitions / page wipes.

My question is how do I add them to my current set-up as I have been unable to find them in any of the documentation or searches.

Thanks in advance.

Merge the sample configuration into your own and take what you want. The sample files that are installed with the latest PEPV2 are on your hard drive.

On my XP machine, the 9600 sample XCF files are located at:

D:\Lyndel's Documents\Pronto Projects\TSU9600

The transitions are system-wide, and can be set:

Project overview -> System -> Settings 2 -> Animation mode. Choose the one you like, pretty much self explanatory.

Dohhh! I never use transitions as it slows things down way too much and therefore, never thought about that.

Note that the 'User Area' controls the area of the screen (a rectangle) that is scrolled in the transition. This can also be controlled in System Properties. By default, this is a 640x400 pixel area beginning at pixel 60 as this is size that covers the default system area and firm keys.
