Hello,

Yesterday my pronto software wont start anymore,..
I uninstalled everything and installed the software.
It wont work anymore.. the message is:

error opening file for writing:

c:\Documents and settings\All users\Application Data\Pronto Professional2\Gallery\Buttons\Wood\Classic Button Cherry 02_R.png

Click Abort to stop the Installation,
Retry to try again, or
Ignore to skip this file.

Everytime i skip to ignore the same massage pops up.

Does anyone no what the do??

reecho08,

Which operating system are you using?

If you have not already done so, I suggest that you reboot your computer.

Bjorn,

Did you install with an account that has Administrator rights? Admin rights are generally required for users especially for programs that install files to "All Users" folder.
