Hi,
Sorry if this is something that has already been answered.
I just got a pronto tsu9600.
I tried to use the SW to configure my equipment, none of what I have appears in the Philips database.
I'm looking to configure: 1. denon AVP-A1HCDI (even an AVR-5308 should be about the same) 2. Popcorn hour C200 3. Oppo bdp-83 4. Directv HR23
None of these appear.
How do I get started?
your help is very much appreciated!

Hi,
Thanks. I added the equipment to my database (why doesn't Philips database have this stuff?).
So, now I'm ready to start assigning actions.
This is the worst SW I've seen in a long time... how do I go about programming the actions (e.g. what happens when someone clicks on 'watch Tv').
Surely there's a quick start guide somewhere, or something?

There is a help file but there was a better help file with PEPV1.
Also, if you want some background about general Pronto Programming Philosophy, you can download the ProntoEdit 4 manual from the Classic Pronto Files section. You can also download and have a look at PEPV1 from the file section here. PEPV1 was based on the NG editors which are also available here. They have help files as well.
The Classic Pronto and NG FAQ's may also give you some background info as well.
