Hi

I have a RFX9600 and a TSU9800 both connected to the same router and can be pinged from my laptop in the same environment.

I have added the Lutron activity in the PEP 2.4.23.0, defined the correct port in the RFX and connected the RFX to the Lutron HOMEWORKS unit using a DB9 male->female cable.

When trying to use the different functions in the Lutron panel I get "Command failed" on the top left corner.

In the Pronto's LOG there is no error after these steps.

Any ideas ?

auditon,

Do you see "command failed" for all or only some commands? Are you able to send commands to the RFX9600's IR ports?

Which status lights are illuminated on the RFX9600? What color?

Did you add the Phantom user to the homeworks project? as it explains in the document with the script?

If you are using the Built-In activity that you added from PEP and not the HomeWorks script, that may be the problem. The Built-In activity is for Radio RA and not the Homeworks, IIRC.
