I have an impact acoustics 5 port HDMI switch. I have learned the codes 5 inputs and on and off. The codes work perfectly when I test them in the Component Functions menu. When I assign a button on a page for the switch it doesn't work. I have ck'd the page(s) are set for IR control and adjusted the duration to no effect.

Help........ Anyone have any ideas? All help appreciated.

If you are using an RFX9x00, are you using the correct IR port?

Looking at a digital camera's viewfinder display, you can view IR transmissions and prove that they exist or not.

No extenders just the IR in the tsu9400. I will try the camera. I did find the Pronto database Impact Acoustics codeset 2341 works perfectly for the first 3 inputs it is just missing the last 2 inputs.

Thanks for the tips.

These are NEC/Panasonic codes. Try adjusting the IR duration from 'Default' to some other value. Also, do these codes work on a button when you hold it a long time or are you only trying them in a Macro. If the latter and the codes are indeed correct, then the 'Duration' will likely fix the problem.

Are you aware that you input 2 and 3 codes are the same?

Input 3 should be,
Device Code: 134.107 (0x86.0x6B) Function: 3 (0x03)

Thanks for all the help. I solved the problem by using codeset 2341 and learning inputs 4 and 5 using Raw learn. All works now. Now I need to figure out what raw learn does differently.

Thanks again1
