You open the Sample Configuration file that is available in the TSU9400 folder off the My Project folder and download it to your remote. You can download the latest firmware for the remote from the Philips site or this site if it is posted. You will also want to download and install the latest PEPv2 software. There is a thread on the first or 2nd page of this forum that discusses the latest software. [Link: remotecentral.com]

Thanks for the reply, but the PEP v2 that I downloaded from Philips website does not contain my project or a folder that you speak off, do I have to download that manually ?

No, I don't think it requires separate download.
IIRC, when you open a project, there should be a folder named TSU9400 in the default location where you open the project. If not, navigate your hard drive until you find the location where PEPv2 was installed and look for the Sample configuration in a folder named TSU9400 there.

Have a look in My Documents\Pronto Projects\TSU9x000.
There should be files there such as for the 9600?
Default TSU9600 EU MT.xcf Default TSU9600 EU SR.xcf ...
or for the TSU9400
Demo TSU9400 Modern.xcf
Better yet, search your entire hard drive for .xcf files
I can email it to you if you cannot locate or you could try reinstalling PEPv2 and ensure that you select everything, including Galleries and Sample Configs, if by chance, you unchecked these boxes during the first install.
Let me know if you cannot find it. Email me at my yahoo account with a mailbox that can take up to a 5MB file if you need me to send, please.
Thanks, Lyndel
