Hello:
I ordered the TSU9600 and went ahead and downloaded and installed the latest version of Pronto Edit Professional so that I could get a start on my configuration file before my unit arrives. Does anyone know if I will have the option to only install the USB drivers and not the Pronto Edtit Pro. software from what ever CD comes with the unit?
I also downloaded the latest firmware. Is that a pretty straight foward or easy install straight from the Updater*.exe file?
Thank you, Blaez

There are no USB drivers to install. The TSU9600 offers native support via your Windows OS. Just connect the remote to your PC and Windows will take care of the rest. The disc that comes boxed with the remote only contains the editor installation package. To update the firmware for the remote just make sure the remote's connected to the PC, then run the firmware update .exe following the on-screen prompts.

Thanls for the information Lowpro. I hope I have a useable configuration file ready when I receive my remote and will only use the latest software and firmware I got from the Pronto site.
