Just a quick question and hopefully someone has the answer.

I just got my TSU9600 and RFX9600 and I have them on a network together and working cause when I press a status key it shows it's busy but the light for the IR port does not light up and no IR is being output. Can someone please shed some light on this please.

Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance

You have to select the extender and ir port in the properties of the device from the page you using.

As far as I am aware i am selecting the IR as it shows the port at the bottom when I pick the extender? Is that what you mean, and if so I have that and am still dumb founded.
