Is it easy with the Pronto Pro software to configure the IR ports? Do you have to be in network mode or can you do it in standalone? I have no IP devices in the system I am configuring, but have two Sony devices that may respond to some of the same commands. It is importanto address the emitters. Can anyone briefly describe how to do this in stand-aone mode?
Thanks, greatly appreciated.

You can choose the ir port when configuring on the property page of the device.

Straight from the help file under the topic of RF. Last item on the page....
Match the extender to its device
Finally you have to match the Device Settings to the physical connection between the A/V component and the Extender. This way the Control Panel knows when to send RF and to which Extender. On the Settings tab of the Device Properties, you select the Extender and the output port that is used for the specific A/V component.
