Hi,
I have a very strange situation where the normal LG discrete Power On and Power Off IR codes are not working to control these function on LG 55LE8500 with the Pronto TSU9600
The LG remote itself works fine. I have checked and double checked the IR codes for the Pronto for this TV model.
I have also test the Power toggle IR code and it does not work either.
I thought perhaps the remote for this model was RF, but by all indications it is IR.
there is also no wired IR port on this model so i cannot try that.
Has anyone else seen this? any suggestions?

download the onlyoneremote databale and try the generic codeset for LG
