I recently installed ProntoEdit Pro 1.0.37 with Windows XP Pro and have problems with it not being able to open files after they have been saved. For example, after launching the editor I create a blank file and save it. I then try to open it and I receive the following message "The file seems corrupt or damaged and ProntoEdit Professional cannot open it."
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the application, but this doesn't seem to help. Anyone have any ideas?

Exactly what menu options and steps are you using to save a config file?
Please be specific, listing every button press, values of any drop-down windows, etc.
You are not using Pack And Go Option.
