Just ordered my TSU9600 and thought I could play around with the software prior to it being shipped.

Have downloaded from the Philips website and have tried to set up some devices and pages but I have no IR codes in my database. Is this normal??

Running Vista and have installed using XP compatable mode

"My Database"? or the "Factory Database"?

If you don't know the answer, please see F1 help for the software that will explain how "My Database" is used and how items from the "Factory Database" are copied by you, to "My Database".

If your answer is the "Factory Database", then you should install in compatibility mode with Admin rights. If you've done all this, then please reply back for next steps.

Neither database appears.

I will try reinstalling with Admin rights and report back.
