Sometimes my 9600 during the normal use goes in block. When i press a buttom it doesn't work any more. The only way to restart it, is to reload the programm. Can somebody help me to solve the problem? Thanks, Riccardo

Ensure that you download the latest firmware (for TSU9600 and RFX9X00) from Philips and install it.

If it does freeze up, you only need to to turn its power off and on again. There is no need to download your configuration again.
