I am trying to send RS232 codes to a hdmi matrix via a RFX9600.
I have codes POWER 00 which is 504F574552203030 in HEX but still no joy.
Can anyone help. I have a RS232 9 pin cable connected and the RFX9600 indicates that there is control via the LED on port 2 which is the port I am trying to program. Can I test the codes via a PC direct???

You can use windows hyper terminal from pc to test your codes. I recently had to add \r at the end of my codes for atlona switcher to work. After doing so my codes worked great. Highly recommend Atlona 4 x 4 hdmi matrix switcher.

Can you please explain which codes you used and how you used Hyper Terminal.
I am not sure of the Hyper Terminal set up.
