hi guys.
currently have a Escient fireball and am using escient pronto to com via my 9600. i have just seen on the ponto script website that a new modual is avalible for the vision server, with full feature support inc queing.
i was wondering if there is anyway to get this to work with a fireball server instead of the vision ( oviously for music only)

You might be able to but it will involve indepth knowledge of the protocol and scripting to make this work.
I've seen pieces and parts of the script but did not write it. It was written by an Escient employee. Please don't ask me to support it or rework it gratis...

The Fireball and Vision products are not at all the same, and use a different protocol set for database queries. You can probably get away with basic commands (play stop pause, cursor control for on-screen), but you aren't going to get media listings.
The Vision got discontinued already too; out no more than a year.
