Hi,
Unfortunately my .XCF file has been corrupted and will not load into Prontoedit Pro 2. I have previously loaded it into my pronto 9600. Is there any way to upload the configuration from the Pronto, as I have spent many hours modifying the file to fit my system. Any help would be gratefully received.

Regards
Dave Hirsh

This has been asked hundreds of times. A simple search for upload would have found the answer

NO NO NO NO YOU can not do that; no way; no how!

I know this thread is a year old, but I wanted to add something.
When I am programming a remote, I use "save as" to save the configuration file with a sequential number on the end. (eg., CustomerSmithPronto12.xcf, CustomerSmithPronto13.xcf, etc.)
This way, if the configuration file I am working on gets corrupted, I have a previous generation that is just a few modifications old to revert to.
It goes back to the old days when my computer would crash and occasionally corrupt the file I was working on.
I learned to save often and use "Save as" to protect myself from having to do all the work over again.

And yes, unfortunately there is no way to upload out of the new TSU9300, 9400, 9600 or 9800.
