Anynone has the on and off codes for pioneer PDA-V100HD Converter.
I could findn't anywhere.

Are you using it with a Pioneer screen?

If you turn on "HDMI link mode" on the converter, it will turn on, and off when the screen is turned on and off.
TSU9600, TSU9400, RFX9600, RFX9400, RU980, RU950, and the good old RU890 which stilll learns codes none of the others will!

Yes i'm using a pioneer lx5090H. I'll will try, and should i use pdp mode or independant mode 1

IIRC you need to switch HDMI control on via the switch on the back of the unit, then go into the screen menu and make sure HDMI control is turned on.

If you need On, Off code for the screen just ask and ill post them.

The mode you use is up to you, and depends on your setup.

You can try both.

Hi , sorry to bother again, but i 'm having severeal issues with hdmi control,
so i must use the indepedent mode, could you post the power on and power off codes.

This is only a guess at what they might be. I am just going by how Pioneer usually order their Codes. I have also given you a few more to try.

If you have no luck with them, try contacting Pioneer and ask them if it has Discrete ON and OFF.

Is the HD Box for Cable?

If so, did Cable Company supply it?

If so, who are they?

Seeing they are RC5 Codes you can just try,

e.g.
Standby:
5000 0000 0000 0001 0015 0001

15 is the System Code in Hex which is 21 in Decimal.
01 is the Command Code in Hex which is 1 in Decimal.

In My Database/Component Functions select the RC 5/6 Button and enter,

System: 21
Command: 3
and Select OK and Test

Then try,
System: 21
Command: 4
and Select OK and Test

Then try,
System: 21
Command: 5
and Select OK and Test

Repeat until,
System: 21
Command: 127

OR

If you now how to count in Hex to 127 (7F). You can just edit the Hex Codes last two digits. You can use the Calculator in Window to convert Decimal to Hex.

e.g.
5000 0000 0000 0001 0015 007F

Did you try any of the other Hex Codes I Posted for Pioneer to see if they select any other Inputs? Not Yet,only the on and off codes,yes i have them. I will seeif they are equal.

I just tried 30 codes and none of them work, its possible that they don't implement the discrete on/off codes?

Yes, it is quite common for Cable Boxes not to have Discrete ON and OFF.

A lot of Cable Boxes will Power ON with a Digit 0 or 1 or 2.... Command.

The only way to know for certain is to contact your Cable Company and ask them. They may even be using RC5x or RC6 IR Protocol Code instead of RC5 for Discrete ON and OFF.

A lot of Cable Boxes will Power ON with a Digit 0 or 1 or 2.... Command.

I juts tried, the service support doesn't even understand what i'm talking about.
