Hi Folks,
Sorry about the cross post in the Custom Installer's forum.
Does anyone know where I can get some reasonably priced
video synch sensing and voltage sync sensing modules?
I plan on using them with the Pronto RFX9600 advanced
extender.
The RFX9600 specs for the power sense connectors mention
4-30 V ac or dc.
The power sense connections on the RFX9600 are just two
wire-in terminals, via a phoenix connector.
Someone in the Pronto Pro forum has sucessfully used a
video sync module from Blue Video or something similar.
I don't recall at this moment. However, when I last looked,
they do not seem to have a voltage sensing module.
Philips has STILL not put out any application notes for
these connections nor offered any brand and model #'s
of devices which they have tested.
I have quickly looked through the Xantech line but did
not see anything obvious.
Any ideas?
Thx Dave
I have successfully integrated the "Power sensors" feature in the RFX9600, using 12 volts power supply plugged into the A/C of the back outlets in cable boxes. That will allow to "conditioning" the output of the toggled command only when no power is present.
I have not try the "Video Sensor" jet; I have though in using few devices:
[Link: rticorp.com][Link: smarthome.com]The only challenge is to find the wire breakdown from these devices to the RFX9600.
Hope that helps!
