Wanting to edit my latest .xcf file for my TSU 9600, I discovered I can no longer download it to the remote. I get the message : error C4 MDS not found.
Everything worked fine the last time I used ProntoEdit. The only change is that I moved the files and folders in My documents to an external drive to free some space (I had to move back the Pronto Projects folder containing my .xcf files). So, did I delete something by mistake? How to get the remote to communicate with the laptop again?

Undock and redock the control panel. While undocked, reset the control panel. See F1 Help and look for shortcuts to locate the reset 3-key sequence.

Use a different USB port but if it shows up as adisc drive in your "my computer" the you should return it. its really not worth the headache. I just went through a similar situation
