Hello all I'm un able to download to pronto. keep getting the message cannot find compatible pronto to connect to. I've connected to the pronto before, so I don't know what's going on here. I've restarted my PC and the pronto. I also reinstalled the software still no luck.

I've now try'd it on 2 different PC's still same problem. I even tried 2 different cable still the same result

hard reset your pronto. Home, Menu, Page+ all pressed at the same time.

I've tried the hard reset, still no change. Still at a lost
