remote and program had been working fine when i 1st setup for customer a few months ago, he added a bluray plyaer so i took the remote to update it,
now every time i get to the configurator last screen and hit "download to remote" it thinks for a second and says " problem with configuration"

i tried configuring the way it was B4- but no dice, same message every time

so i deleted all the files off my computer and downloaded the program off the pronto website and reinstalled-- and same error still

can any one offer some assistance?
all the macros work in testing in the configurator-
it almost seems like there is a problem with the codesets in
the o1r database-

I will add clicking through all of the "next" buttons, even if you have nothing to do on the intermediate screens, rather than clicking "finish" from one of the early screens.

i also found that there is a verify button that must be
checked for each component used in the database 1st.
