Hi All,

I would like to buy a TSU9200 to replace my old RU950 but thought I would download the software first to see if I liked it or not.

The problem I have found is that it won't run on my Vista 64bit PC.

I get the error "ProntoDashboard has stopped working" as soon as I open the program. Then when I enter the name and details of the new file it saves but won't allow me to click on "Finish".

Has anyone got the software running on a 64bit machine?

I have tried running in XP compatability mode and as Administrator but still no joy.

Thanks

Dan

Thanks Peter.

I realise that it is a totally different OS but thought the problem with the software may be due to it being on a 64bit machine.

I can't believe I have had Vista since launch and this is the first piece of software I have had not work for me!!

Just as they are about to bury it!!

I have emailed the address Lyndel recommended but have not had a reply yet.

Did you download the right s/w? I use PEP2 on Vista x64 without any problems - nothing special required to make it work.

Not sure what a 'configurator' is if it's not PEP :)

It's not PEP. It is the 9200 software.

Still no solution. I have same prob and no answer. Even changing names of folder and deleting the tmp files helped to install half programm. the other part is still not working.

I got a reply from Prontoteam!!

It basically said they are aware of the problem, there is no workaround but in the next release Vista 64 will be supported.
