hi,can anyone tell me why my tsu 9400 refuses to communicate with the prontoedit pro 2 software on my P.C. using vista?
first it says that i have a HID problem so i started to disable some of the HID components and then it works and now the driver from the remote installs but with error and then i get a msg saying cant find remote,please check your cables.
is this because i have bluetooth mouse and keyboard on my P.C. or is there another driver interfering with pronto.
i am confused.

This issue has been discussed in a number of previous threads. Search for "HID", possible adding "bluetooth" as well.
