Hi guys

i have 3 issues, first of all is that i'm not getting replies from Dave remote quest. Is he still around or he closed down his bussness, his website and answering machine works fine. I bought a remote from him with an extender as well but for some time now i'm trying to reach him for final changes and fine tunings. i can get hold of him on the phone and his not responding on my mails. Every time i call i get the answering muchine

secondly how can i connect my router? this was supposed to be the last step and Dave was going to set it up. Is there a way to do it alone or he still needs to log onto my router.

Since i have paid a lot of money for programming, am i allowed to have the programming files in case i choose another programmer, since this is not working out

thank you

Contract terms, who owns the source code, are best spelled out in advance. This is key for the Pronto PRO line as the file can not be recovered from the device. You are at the suppiers mecrcy as (1) he has your money (2) he has the code
