I am in the process of moving my system from a TSU7000 based setup (with an RFX6000 receiving RF and distributing IR to all components) to a TSU9400 setup.

My question is: is there a way to use my RFX6000 with the TSU9400, or do I need to get an RFX9400 to work with this? (it'd save some bux!)

BTW, I'm really finding it difficult to start a new program from scratch on ProntoEdit Professional v2... considering I was pretty adept at ProntoPro Edit NG! haha

Thanks for any tips!

The RFX6000 uses 418MHz RF, but the TSU9400 uses 2.4GHz WiFi, so they are not compatable.

As for moving from TSU7000, did you see this thread?

Great, thanks for the info - I'll check out that thread!

Do you know if the Pronto 9200 IR Extender will work with the 9400? Keep in mind I'm only interesting in the RF-to-IR function, really. It looks like it's 2.4 GHZ, and it's about 1/2 the price.

No, you will need to use the RFX9400.
