Hi, I'm living in Denmark and try to purchase a RFX9600 unit from a store located in Denmark. But the Philips distributer told the store that the controller is out of the market. Is that true? Is there any alternatives?

Thats not true! Its availible. Please contact me via www.altavox.se regarding a local contact. Altavox is the distributor for Pronto in scandinavia, not Philips. Best regards Peter A.
