Hi to all,

Has someone succeeded in establishing a TCP connection with the network receiver of Eventghost ?
It's not well documented, but as I understand from the Python corresponding file init.py, there is a whole procedure of handshake, beginning by first sending the word "quintessence" to the server, getting back a password as a respond etc.. I'm not succeeding in making it work.
Any tip ?

How about providing a link to the TCPIP documentation or the init.py file or something so we can understand what you are talking about.

Yes sure Barry,

I renamed the sender and the receiver Python init.py files :

There is no documentation about these plugins ! I found on internet a php  written to send messages to the Python receiver :

(file deleted)

That's all I have on the subject, I usually connect with my Iphone to the webserver plugin of Evenghost with XMLHttpRequest() on port 80, to simulate a webremote.

Thanks Barry,
