Hi All,

I am trying to get my imerge working with my 9600 with no luck. I added the imerge entry in pronto edit with the correct ip however using the controller reports command failed. I have tested the IP in that my laptop can see the ip of the controller and the imerge.

I can web into the imerge ip without issue however nothing I do allows the control to work. I have even tried a different access point with no joy.

I have updated the firmware on the 9600 to the latest version and im using v2 for configuration.

Thanks in advance.

Alan

If you get a command fail, you have some setting incorrect in your access point check these first.
Pronto still one of the best Wi-Fi Remotes,

press the backlight button, then menu(while keeping backlight held) and then also the 2nd hardkey along the bottom of the screen from the left to get the error log displayed. this should help.
