After learning all of the Dish's IR codes and setting them up in a TSU-9200 mcf with an RF Extender I've found that you must press the buttons twice for them to activate the box.. I noticed the box appears to have three IR receptors while the remote seems to have two emitters.
I'm simply a novice at this stuff so I'd appreciate any guidance, but can anyone tell me if there is a way to manipulate the mcf to work with a RF extender and ViP211 box?

Are you sure you learned the codes correctly? Perhaps too small instead of the standard length? You can either change the emition rate or relearn the codes.

Problem has been solved by pressing each button on the Dish remote twice quickly during the learning process...

You may also want to tell the MyDatabase commands to repeat rather than do a single send. It sounds like your device requires some form of repeating signal. FYI I'm using a TSU9400; thus you may have more limitations with the 9200.

You can hide almost anything until you have to put the drywall up! |
