Hi guys, i had a remote programmed for me 2 years a tsu9600 but i'm thinking of getting a 9400 now. how can i copied the existing files to my new remote? or is there a way to load the existing files via a PE and then download them to the 9400?

Unlike earlier models, there is no way to extract a program from a TSU9600 or TSU9400. You'll need to track down the original 9600 file.
Note that, while the TSU9600 program will run on a TSU9400, you'll need to redo the artwork.

If you have a copy of the file you can work with it but your original file would have been built in Pronto Edit 1.X if you pull it into pronto edit 2.0 software there are some differences with the way the code database works.
The graphics will also need to be completely reworked due to the difference in resolution and screen orientation.
