I have been using PEP V2 happily using XP through Parallels on my Mac. But now, like magic I am no longer able to upload a configuration file to the 9800. I get the C12 HID Enumeration error. I removed the drivers, and when plugging back in, there's one that does not seem to properly work: USB for mass-storage says it does not start (Code 10). I have no clue what to do next, especially it has worked so nicely...

Edit: OK, tried it on my laptop running XP with the same result. Conclusion was it had to be something in the 9800. Using the firmware upgrade tool - and using the button mode because there was no proper connection - I was able to get it back working again... No idea how the firmware could have gone bad...

It does indeed allow communication, but now learning codes does not work anymore. I get a C11 error: time out. Funnily enough I never had these problems before, it used to work like a treat. I tried the 9800, 9600 and 9400 all do show the same problem. Will try on the laptop running XP, but I am afraid the same thing will happen there, as I encountered the earlier problem also on both machines... Beats me.

I'm having the exact same problem but unfortunately, I cannot get the firmware installed because the firmware tool cannot find the remote. However, Parallels obviously sees it because it shows up under the Devices/USB/ menu.

Any thoughts?
