@lethargic - Yes, I believe the simulator software is the same for PEP3.
@Fbrighi - Regarding launching the simulator from a config file from the command line. I believe it might be possible but you would have to capture the .dat/.bin file from your temp directory. This file is the binary file that the simulator runs and is a binary compiled file that is generated from the content in your XCF/MCF file. One way to find out what the arguments are is to do something like Jon did with his simulator patch - Replace the simulator executable such that you can see the command-line parameters used to run it. Jon may have even documented such parameters either in this thread or in his readme file.
One caveat. You will NOT be able to run any files with protected JavaScript (.pjs) as the simulator does not support these.

Yes. In your configuration, you MUST set all your extenders to fixed IP address (provided you know the IP's). When you do this, it will work with the extenders and you won't get Command Failed.

I'm also looking for Jon's solution to enable networking in the simulator. I sent him a PM, but I'm not sure if he's still reading it.
