Hi!
Recieved a new 9400 today

when i shake it i hear that something is moving in it ?!?!?

a screw?


is this normal?

If it is what I think it is: Yes it is normal. If it sounds like a little metal / plastic ballbearing rolling up and down everytime you tilt it: I believe that this is a mechanical piece that triggers bringing the unit out of sleep mode. Mine makes the same sound and I hope so does everyone elses!
You can hide almost anything until you have to put the drywall up!

The switch has not been a mercury switch since the IPronto6400. The NG remotes had the same tilt sensor inside.
