Hello,
I currently have a strange problem. I just wanted to transfer
the IR codes from my JVC HD750 (RS-20) projector to a
TSU-9600 using ProntoEdit Prof. 2.1.18. While learning
from a JVC RS-1 remote worked flawlessly, each learning
action from the new model delivers a different IR code,
which does not work when sending from the 9600.
The faulty code is VERY long, much longer than any code
of any other device.
So I reactivated my good old Pronto TS1000 and tried to
learn, which worked like a charm. Also the codes were
correct now and I transferred them manually to ProntoEdit
Prof. with copy/paste.
Does anyone have an idea, why the 9600 is not able to
learn these codes correctly ?
Thanks, regards
Dieter
Greetings,
I had the same trouble. I also went from the JVC RS-1 to the RS20 and my specific problem was learning the power on code. It finally worked but took multiple attemtps and plenty of frustration.
Cheers,
